Hover over the Appearance tab and click on Widgets
You should see this page
You can add widgets to the Blog Sidebar section by clicking and dragging a widget from the Available Widgets section into the Blog Sidebar box. You can also remove widgets from the Blog Sidebar section by clicking on the carot and clicking on the Delete link.
